Returns
Due to the nature of our product (liquid cleaning solution), we do not accept returns once the product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- The product was damaged during transit
- The product delivered was incorrect
- The product had a manufacturing defect (rare)
To be eligible for a return request:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- Clear photos or videos of the issue must be provided
Refunds
Once your claim is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
If the issue is confirmed, we may offer:
- A replacement, or
- A full/partial refund, depending on the situation
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Improper usage or dilution of the product
- Damage caused due to incorrect storage or handling
- Delays caused by courier partners beyond our control
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
